What it covers
Everything a working WordPress site needs, with a clear owner
Six kinds of work. Start with the one that is costing you the most.
How the work runs
From first call to handover, in five steps
You know what happens next, and nothing is built before you have agreed to it.
What you own afterwards
Your website stays yours
Nothing is locked behind our name. If you ever move on, the next developer starts from the same record we use.
Questions answered
Before you get in touch
The questions people ask us most about WordPress work.
Ask us something elseCan you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We review what exists first, tell you plainly what we find, and change only what needs changing. There is no rebuild unless one is genuinely needed.
Do you use plugins or write custom code?
Both. When a plugin is the right answer we use it, and when a small piece of custom code is safer or simpler, we write that instead. You get the list with the reason for each.
Will the site go down while you work on it?
Not usually. Changes are built and checked on a separate copy of the site, and any interruption at launch is agreed with you first.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours, with its access and notes. If you want someone to keep it updated and checked, that is Website Health and Performance, a separate service.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on the scope of your project. You get the scope and cost in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you approve it.
Where do you work?
From George, Western Cape. Website work is done remotely for businesses across South Africa, and we meet you in person in George.
