What it covers
Everything that keeps a live site healthy, with a clear owner
Start with a baseline review. Your plan sets out which of these checks and jobs we do each month.
How the work runs
From first call to the monthly report, in five steps
You know what happens every month, and nothing outside the scope is done before you have agreed to it.
What you own afterwards
Your website stays yours
Nothing is locked behind our name. If you ever move on, the next provider starts from the same records we use.
Questions answered
Before you get in touch
The questions people ask us most about looking after a website.
Ask us something elseDo you look after sites you did not build?
Yes. The baseline review comes first, and we tell you plainly what we find before anything is changed.
What if an update breaks something?
Updates are applied in order and the site is checked afterwards. If something breaks, we use the change record to put the site back as it was and tell you what happened.
What is in the monthly report?
What was updated, what each check found, the result of the recovery test, and what we suggest next. It is short and in plain words.
Does a new site need this?
A new site still needs updates, working forms and a backup that restores. The scope can start small and grow with the site.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on the scope of the work. You get the scope and cost in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you approve it.
Where do you work?
From George, Western Cape. Website care is done remotely for businesses across South Africa.
