My story

Someone who knows how the whole system fits together

I'm the founder and director of Rizonetech. My work combines software development with the practical demands of running and supporting business technology.

A website, email service or business application depends on more than its own code. Hosting, security, access and the systems around it all matter.

I look at those connections as one job, so a fix in one place does not break something else.

How we work

The same four steps whether it is a website, a workflow or your Microsoft 365.

  1. 01

    You describe the problem

In your own words. A screenshot or a forwarded email is plenty.

  2. 02

    We come back with questions

Or a first view of what is going on, if it is already clear.

  3. 03

    You get a written scope

What is included, what is not and what it costs, before any work starts.

  4. 04

You see the work as it happens

Working versions and short updates, then a proper handover. The logins and the reasoning stay with you.
