Managed IT, with a clear owner

Remote support first and on-site in George. Backups that restore, threats watched and handled, and computers kept up to date, with one point of contact.

What it covers

Everything your computers need, with a clear owner

Six parts of looking after IT. We look after all of them, or start with the one that worries you most.

Remote support

When something stops working, you tell us and we fix it remotely first, the same day where we can.

On-site in George

When a machine needs hands on it, we come to you in George. Elsewhere in South Africa, support is remote.

Backup and recovery

Backups for the systems in your scope, tested by restoring from them on a set schedule.

Threat detection

Security software on every computer in your agreement, monitored so we can respond when it finds something.

Monitoring and updates

Computers checked from here and kept up to date, so a failing disk or a missed update is caught early.

Hours and escalation

We answer on weekdays in business hours, and as soon as we can outside them. Your scope states the rest.

How the work runs

From first call to ongoing support, in five steps

You know what happens next, and nothing changes before you have agreed to it.

Each step finishes before the next one starts

  1. 01

    A conversation

Tell us what keeps going wrong, or what worries you. No technical brief needed.

  2. 02

    A review

We look at your computers, backups, sign-ins and security software, and write down what we find.

  3. 03

    A written scope

What is looked after, the support hours, how urgent work is escalated, and the cost. You approve it first.

  4. 04

    The setup

Backups, monitoring and protection set up and checked, one computer at a time.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

You tell us when something is wrong, and we fix it remotely first, or come to you in George.

What you own afterwards

Your IT stays yours

Nothing is locked behind our name. If you ever move on, the next provider starts from the same record we use.

A backup counts once it has been restored

Backups are tested by restoring from them, and you get the result, so you know they work before you need them.

Questions answered

Before you get in touch

The questions people ask us most about looking after their IT.

Ask us something else

Do you offer support around the clock?

No. We answer on weekdays in business hours, and as soon as we can outside them. The hours and how urgent work is escalated are written into your scope.

Do you come on-site?

In George, yes, when a machine needs hands on it. For businesses elsewhere in South Africa, support is remote.

What if ransomware locks a computer?

Disconnect the affected computer from the network, then call or WhatsApp us. The first steps are in the help panel behind "Need help?" on every page.

Can you take over from a current IT provider?

Yes. We review what exists first, tell you plainly what we find, and plan the handover so nothing is left without a backup or protection.

What does it cost?

The cost depends on the scope of your support. You get the scope and cost in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you approve it.

Which security software do you use?

We choose security software to suit your business and the systems you run. The products we use are named in your scope.
