Microsoft 365 and email, with a clear owner

You have one point of contact for licences, sign-ins, mail delivery and the records that protect your domain. We set them up, check them and look after them.

Microsoft Partner: we transact, deploy and support Microsoft 365 directly.

What it covers

Everything Microsoft 365 touches, with a clear owner

Six parts of one setup. We look after all of them, or start with the one that hurts.

Tenant review

We read how your Microsoft 365 is set up today and tell you plainly what is risky, wasted or missing.

Licensing

The right licence for each person, and the New Commerce Experience (NCE) terms explained before you commit.

Identity and sign-ins

Staff accounts, multi-factor sign-in and a written process for removing access when someone leaves.

Migration

Mail, files and calendars moved from your old system, planned so mail keeps arriving while it happens.

Security settings

The protections your licence already includes, switched on and set for how your business works.

Support

When a mailbox, licence or sign-in stops working, you tell us and we fix it, remotely and the same day where we can.

How the work runs

From first call to handover, in five steps

You know what happens next, and nothing changes before you have agreed to it.

Each step finishes before the next one starts

  1. 01

    A conversation

Tell us what is wrong or what worries you. No technical brief needed.

  2. 02

    A review

We read your setup and your domain's records, and write down what we find.

  3. 03

    A written scope

What is included, what is not, the access we need, and the cost. You approve it first.

  4. 04

    The changes

Made in the agreed order and each one checked. You hear from us before anything that could interrupt mail.

  5. 05

    The handover

A written record of the setup, in plain words, and the admin access in your hands.

What you own afterwards

Your setup stays yours

Nothing is locked behind our name. If you ever move on, the next provider starts from the same record we use.

At handover

What you hold when the work is done

Written down, checked with you, and yours to keep.

The rule

We work with access you give us, and you can take it back

You keep the keys. We use our own sign-in to your setup, documented so it can be removed cleanly at handover.

DNS Shield

Reduce the risk of criminals impersonating your domain

DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, set up correctly and then watched, so a change that breaks one is caught.

Four records, in plain words

Each one closes a different gap. Together they let other mail servers tell your real mail from a fake.

DNSSEC
Lets resolvers check that your domain's answers are genuine and have not been changed on the way.
SPF
Lists the servers allowed to send mail as your domain.
DKIM
Signs each message, so a change on the way shows.
DMARC
Tells other servers what to do with mail that fails, and asks them to send you reports.

Email signatures

Every signature the same, managed in one place

One approved design for the whole business, filled in for each person, and changed once when something changes.

Change it once, and every mailbox follows

Signatures are managed centrally, so nobody needs to edit their own or risk making a mistake. A new number, address or title goes out to everyone at the same moment.

  • One design, agreed with you and set centrally
  • Names, titles and numbers taken from each person's account
  • New staff get the right signature from their first email

Questions answered

Before you get in touch

The questions people ask us most about Microsoft 365 and email.

Ask us something else

Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 setup?

Yes. We review what exists first, say plainly what we find, and change only what needs changing. There is no rebuild unless one is genuinely needed.

What is NCE, and how does it affect licences?

The New Commerce Experience is how Microsoft sells Microsoft 365 licences today. Monthly and annual terms have different rules for cancelling subscriptions and reducing licences. We explain those rules before you choose a term.

Does a small business need DMARC?

Yes, if your domain sends email. Without DMARC, nothing tells other mail servers to reject mail that pretends to come from you.

Will email stop while you work on it?

Not without warning. Changes are planned so mail keeps arriving, and we tell you before any step that could interrupt it.

What does it cost?

The cost depends on the scope of the work. You get the scope and cost in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you approve it.

Do you work on-site?

Microsoft 365 work is done remotely for businesses across South Africa. In George, we come to you when something needs hands on a machine.

Free email health check

Can your domain be faked? Find out in a minute.

Type your domain. The check reads its records in your browser and explains each one in plain words. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
