What it covers
Software that fits the work, with a clear owner
Six kinds of work. Start with the one job that is typed in twice today.
How the work runs
From first call to handover, in five steps
You know what happens next, and nothing is built before you have agreed to it.
What you own afterwards
Your software stays yours
Nothing is locked behind our name. If you ever move on, the next developer starts from the same code and notes we use.
A real workflow
From a free check to an enquiry, without retyping
This website has a small integration we built. It shows the pattern we use for any hand-off between two systems.
AI and automation
AI prepares, automation moves, a person approves
We start with one hand-off that wastes time today, show you what the AI would prepare and what you still check, and write down the data it uses.
Development automation
AI coding agents, with the engineering that keeps them useful
We use version control and a staging copy for an agent's work. Automated tests and a review check each change before it is accepted.
Questions answered
Before you get in touch
The questions people ask us most about custom software.
Ask us something elseIs custom software needed, or will a product do?
Often a product does. If one fits, we say so and connect it to your other systems instead of building something new.
Can you connect the systems a business already uses?
Usually, yes. Most business systems can exchange data, and the map of your workflow shows where a connection saves the most typing.
Is it allowed to send customer email to an AI service?
Under POPIA it is processing personal information. Before anything is switched on, we check the provider's terms and your privacy duties, then write down what is sent, where it goes, who can see it and how long it is kept, and you approve that record.
Who owns the code?
You own the code we write for you. It lives in your repository, and the hosting and any paid services are in your business's name. Open-source parts keep their own licences.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on the scope of your project. You get the scope and cost in writing before any work starts, and nothing is owed until you approve it.
Where do you work?
From George, Western Cape. Software work is done remotely for businesses across South Africa, and we meet you in person in George.
