Microsoft 365 licences are sold on Microsoft's New Commerce Experience (NCE), which fixes each subscription for its term. Read what that means, fill in your order, and sign. A PDF copy is emailed to you.
In short
A one-year term
Each subscription runs for one year and renews on its own.
60 days' notice
To stop a renewal, tell us in writing at least 60 days before the term ends.
Seven days to fix a mistake
Microsoft allows a cancellation only in the first seven days of a term.
Signed, not assumed
Your typed name, tick and signature are kept with the exact version you accept.
The agreement
1The parties
This agreement is between Rizonetech (Pty) Ltd, Company Registration No 2019/060336/07 ("Rizonetech"), and the customer named in the form below ("you").
2What it covers
The Microsoft 365 subscriptions listed in the form and on your quote, bought through Rizonetech on Microsoft's New Commerce Experience.
3Term and renewal
Each subscription runs for a one-year term from the effective date in the form, and renews automatically for another year.
4Notice to stop a renewal
To stop a subscription renewing, send Rizonetech written notice at least 60 days before the current term ends. Without that notice it renews for another year.
5Cancelling
Microsoft allows a subscription to be cancelled only within seven calendar days of the start of a term. After that, it runs until the end of its term. If an order is wrong, tell Rizonetech straight away.
6Changing the number of licences
Licences can be added during a term. They can be reduced only in the first seven days of a term, or at renewal.
7Prices and billing
The licences, quantities, price and billing are as set out in your quote. Microsoft may change its prices when a term renews.
8The Microsoft Customer Agreement
You confirm that you have read and accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement, which Microsoft publishes on its licensing site.
9Your information
Rizonetech uses the details in this form to set up, manage and bill your subscriptions, as the privacy policy explains.
10The record of your acceptance
When you sign, Rizonetech keeps your typed name, your signature, the version of this agreement and a fingerprint of its text, the time and the IP address the form was sent from. A PDF copy is emailed to you.
11Law
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
